Which plan is right for me?
Every plan is 28 days: 25 sessions and 3 rest days.
- Tai chi walking: sessions of 7 minutes, standing, with a hand on a wall, a counter or a chair. After each one, an optional walk that grows from 3 to 15 minutes, then an optional 3-minute stretch.
- Chair yoga: sessions of 10 to 20 minutes, seated or holding on to a sturdy chair.
- Calisthenics, for men: sessions of about 15 minutes at home, push-ups, squats, rows and planks, some of them on the floor, with a hand on a chair to get down and up.
Tai chi walking and chair yoga are for women after 40, and either one opens both in your Library. Not sure which? Pick the one that sounds easier to start. In both, every move has an easier option and nothing happens on the floor. Often unsteady on your feet? Start with chair yoga: everything is seated or holding on.
