Who we are

fitvee (fitvee.com) is run by Bolide Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, US. You can reach us at support@fitvee.com.

What fitvee is

fitvee is a web fitness membership for adults. It offers 28-day home workout plans (tai chi walking, chair yoga and calisthenics), with guided sessions in a member area you open in your browser. What you find here is general fitness information. It isn't medical advice, and we don't promise any result.

Health and safety

Talk to your doctor before you start any exercise plan, especially if you have a health condition, an injury, balance problems or pain, are pregnant, or haven't been active for a while. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath, and get medical help if it doesn't pass. Every move has an easier option: use it whenever you need to. You use the plans at your own risk. fitvee doesn't replace your doctor. See our disclaimer.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. The spoken cues in your sessions use an AI-generated voice: not a real person, and not a doctor or therapist.

Buying

Before you pay, the payment page shows the price, what's included, whether and how often it renews and at what price, the date of the first renewal, and how to cancel. Payments are taken by Stripe; your card details go to it, never to us. Charges show on your statement as FITVEE.COM.

Memberships

• A membership renews automatically, at the price and interval shown when you bought it, until you cancel.
• If it starts with an introductory price, it renews at the full price when the introduction ends.
• You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason, from the link in any of our emails or on our home page. It then ends at the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep access until then.
• We send the reminders that the law and the card networks require before a charge.
• If we change the price of your membership, we tell you at least 7 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

Add-ons

An add-on, such as Premium Workouts, Daily Stretch or the Meal Guide, is a separate subscription. Before you buy one, we show its price for the first period, the price after that, how often it renews and how to cancel. It renews at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel an add-on on its own at any time from your account: cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep it until the end of the period you paid for. If the first period has an introductory price, we email you before the full price starts.

• Some add-ons, such as Premium Workouts, end with your membership: when your membership is cancelled or ends, they stop renewing too, and you keep them until the end of the period you paid for.
• Others keep running on their own. Cancelling your membership does not cancel an add-on that keeps running on its own; when you cancel, we show which ones keep running, and each keeps its own cancel in your account. One exception: if you cancel your membership while it is paused, an add-on paused with it stops too, since nothing could resume it.
• Pausing your membership pauses its add-ons too: nothing is charged for them until it resumes.
• If you dispute a charge with your bank, we stop your membership and its add-ons at once.

One-time purchases

A one-time purchase is paid once and nothing renews. It stays in your account.

Where we sell

fitvee is sold to customers in the United States: prices are in US dollars, and checkout shows the US payment terms. If you live elsewhere, the mandatory consumer laws of your country still apply (see "Law" below): to use a right they give you, such as a right to withdraw and be refunded, write to support@fitvee.com with the date and the amount of your payment.

If something is wrong

If you don't recognise a charge or have a problem with a purchase, please write to support@fitvee.com first: we answer and put things right quickly. If you dispute a charge with your bank, we cancel your memberships at once so your card isn't charged again.

Using fitvee

Use fitvee for yourself and lawfully, without trying to disrupt it or copy it at scale. The plans and sessions in your member area are for your own personal use: don't resell, copy or publish them.

Our liability

We provide fitvee as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law gives you. We aren't liable for decisions you make about your health or exercise based on fitvee, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may change, suspend or stop any part of fitvee, and we'll tell you beforehand where we can. We may also update these terms. The version in force when you buy something applies to that purchase, and we tell you by email about changes that affect a membership you have.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in its courts.
