A man in his late fifties sits on a chair in his living room, arms crossed, thinking.

When did 20 push-ups get hard?

Feel strong again, in about 15 minutes a day at home. No gym, no weights.

Next Monday hasn't worked.

  • Push-ups stop at five.

  • Your back is stiff by lunch.

  • Getting off the floor is work.

  • The kids outlast you.

Today's session: about 15 minutes.

Push, pull, squat and plank, at your level. No one watching.

Questions

Can I start if I can't do a push-up?

Yes. Every push-up has an easier version on its card: use it whenever you need to, and it still counts. After each session you say how it felt, and tomorrow follows your answer.

What do I need?

Nothing to buy: your phone, a mat or a towel, a sturdy chair, a doorframe and a stair.

How long is a session?

About 15 minutes, plus an optional extra round of about 5.

Is it safe for me?

Every move has an easier version. In pain or not sure? Ask your doctor first.

What if I miss a day?

Nothing is lost. Your day number counts the sessions you've done, not dates, so the next one is waiting when you come back.

How much does it cost?

$6.93 for your first 7 days, then $38.95 every 4 weeks, until you cancel.
