Deleting my account

You can delete your account, and the data we hold about you, from your account yourself.

• Get a link to your account, open Me and press Delete my account. If your membership has ended, there are no tabs: it's on the page.
• To make sure it's you, we email you a link. Nothing is deleted until you press it, and it works for 72 hours.

Every membership stops at once and nothing more is charged. Deleting doesn't refund what you've already paid.

We delete your email address, your quiz answers including any health information, your plan progress and check-ins, and your emails to support. We keep only what the law and the card networks require, without your email address, and delete that too 10 years after. The privacy policy has the details.
